Passmanterie is one of the most ancient known textile industries. In ancient times it was extremely popular in the East and it's said to have arrived in Europe (in Italy before than in other countries) during the Arabic conquests. However, most likely it already existed in our country, as all civilizations develop this art according to their own aesthetic taste for clothes and interior design. The raw materials used in our manufacture are exclusively natural and vegetal fibres, such as silk, cotton, wool, hemp, rayon, viscose, and novafil, in the most appropriate colours. Our production consists of two distinct branches:

1- Entirely handmade passamanterie, a tradition going back to 1700, which we are proud to continue. Making still use of looms preset for manual operation, we are able to achieve the most faithful reproduction of fringes, brassards, cords and agremans of any making, height or size, upon the customer's request. Our products adorn the most distinguished houses, created by famous architects, and the major theatres, such as La Scala in Milan.

2- Mechanical passamanterie and serial production of brims, agremans, cords, fringes, brassards and bows (along with a well-stocked store), allow us to meet the requirements of all customers looking for high-quality products and trimmings.
